Jesús Villero
Welcome to my website!
I am an applied microeconomist at the Penn Wharton Budget Model at the University of Pennsylvania.
I study labor and development economics, with a focus on education, family, and gender issues.
I hold a Ph.D. in economics from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. During my time at Georgia State, I worked as a graduate research assistant with the Georgia Policy Labs. Before that, I was a research associate at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), where I worked on financial inclusion projects.
